Top YouTube Woodworkers by Videos Per Month

The top 10 YouTube Woodworkers by videos per month (VPM) are shown in the chart below. The counts are accurate as of the pull date shown in the YouTube Woodworkers Dashboard.

VPM is a measure of long-term productivity. Many, maybe even most, woodworkers on YouTube are running side hustles or part-time businesses. They are more prone to life’s interruptions because they are one-person shops. Through all of the starts and stops, they eventually manage to produce a series of videos. VPM acknowledges perseverance and determination.

In this top 10 list, I should point out that 731 Woodworks primarily focuses on deals. Early on, the videos were about building things, but shifted over time to deals (and product reviews that highlight deals). Videos about building things are longer and take longer to produce. Videos about deals are shorter and can be produced more quickly. The result is a lot of videos!

That’s not a knock on the channel – everybody has to do what works for them. I still watch these videos regularly because who doesn’t like a good deal?!

My point is that the other channels in this list are doing an even more amazing job of cranking out videos. To remain focused on building things and illustrating woodworking techniques while still producing more than one video per week shows real discipline!
